The Foundation was incorporated on the third day of February, 2011with registration certificate reference CAC/IT/NO 43158. The primary aim of providing for the less privileged and also to help them to be self employed.

The membership of the Foundation is open to all who believe in the aim and objectives of the foundation. Where an intending member is not well known by the members of the foundation, the foundation may place such a person on probation for specified period but not more than one (1) year within which period the foundation shall closely observed him/her so as to know the character and suitability for membership.
