About the Group


The ADEDAYO GROUP was established in June 2002 to provide audit assurance, financial and tax advisory services. The Firm operates principally through Adesina Adedayo & Co (Chartered Accountants) with other Associated Firms, involved in Tax Practice, Capacity Building and Risk Management.

The Practice was established in 2002 by Adesina Adedayo, a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, after eighteen (18) years of uninterrupted financial consulting and audit assurance experience acquired from the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation; Adetona Isichei & Co(Chartered Accountants) and Akintola Williams Deloitte(Chartered Accountants) from February 1984 to May 2002.

The major thrust of the Practice is specifically on Tax Practice and Administration, Audit Assurance; Organisation Risk Profile Analysis; Corporate Planning and Business Environment; Governance and Succession Planning.
In the brief period of its existence, the ADEDAYO GROUP has grown professionally and the basis of the growth is dependent on the commitment of the leadership to providing exemplary professional service supported by a dedicated team of Business Researchers and the Use of Information Communication Technology.
The Practice operates with a mindset of an Indigenous Practice with a Global Orientation. We benchmark our Practice Standards with the Industry Leaders.

Business must make a sound profit, Reserves must be created, Research will be carried on, Publications made and Mistakes Paid for. Adverse times must be provided for, Adequate Taxes paid, New Equipment Purchased, New Services Created and New Income Plan developed. We must experiment with New Ideas. When these things have been done, the Shareholder should receive a fair return.

Key Personnel Profile


Adesina Adedayo

Adesina Adedayo is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner. He had his training and practice experience in the field of audit assurance and tax advisory services from February 1984 to May 2002 with the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation, Adetona Isichei & Co (Chartered Accountants) and Akintola Williams Deloitte (Chartered Accountants).
He has been the Head of Practice of the ADEDAYO GROUP (Chartered Accountants, Tax Practitioners and Management Consultants) since June 2002.

He has also been a member of the Governing Council of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria since June 2006 and the Honorary Treasurer of the same institute since June 2009.

Kazeem Oyetade

Kazeem is a specialist in audit assurance, tax and compliance risks management. Kazeem graduated from Lagos State University, Ojo with Second Class Upper in Accounting in 2007 and is currently an aspiring member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Kazeem has been involved with the high profile clients of Adesina Adedayo & Co in both supervisory and technical capacity.


Olaniyi Ayeni

Niyi acquired his B.Sc(Economics) from  Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2007 and  started his audit, accounting and tax training with the firm of Adesina Adedayo & Co. in 2010. During the course of his training, he has been exposed to the audit assurance and administrative aspects of the job. He has become very proficient in the analytic aspect of the Practice. He has undertaken successfully a lot of assignments involving the accountancy, audit and tax of Small and Medium Enterprises.
